Issue dated 29 August 2026Fortify 24x7 operates this facility under the name Cryptinest, and settles how information reaching it, together with information the running lines produce, gets handled. Any we set down below stands for Fortify 24x7 and for nobody else.

Plainness here is deliberate. Nowhere on the site is there an advertising pixel. At no point does a profile of a visitor get assembled. Not a single marketing script has been borrowed off a stranger.
Checkout is operated by Stripe. Card digits, the expiry, and that short code on the back go into pages Stripe owns. Not one of those arrives at this site, not one is written into our systems, and nobody employed here looks at any of them.
Back here arrives a short list, and nothing at all beyond it. A mail address. The name of a company. Which lines got taken, in what quantities. Whether the payment is healthy. Then two references, one naming the customer at Stripe and one naming the subscription.
Because we operate these services for you, we necessarily handle whatever the enrolled systems generate. The scope of that follows directly from which lines you hold.
All of it is handled at your instruction, so that whatever you bought gets delivered. Nothing here mines it for ends of our own, and it sits on no market anywhere. Treat that as settled policy rather than an undertaking waiting in a queue for revision.
Raise a memo, by portal or by ordinary mail, and every part of it is kept in the service management system here: subject line, body, each note an engineer appends underneath, and any file attached. That keeps the trouble and the record of it together.
Underneath a managed service there is always somebody else's platform, and every one of those keeps data for us on contract. Names follow, so whatever each publishes for itself can be gone through.
No name beyond those ever receives anything, save where a court or a statute forces our hand. Personal information does not get sold from here, ever, and none of it is released to fuel advertising that follows somebody around the web.
Records covering the account and its billing survive alongside the subscription, and then for whichever additional period tax rules and company law impose on us.
Operational material inside a supplier platform follows the retention chosen for that line at configuration. Backup retention especially is a deliberate choice made at setup rather than a default we hope suits you, and the figure agreed gets written down.
On closing an account, removal starts across everything nobody obliges us to keep. Copies inside supplier platforms go on each platform's own timetable, which we will describe for the specific lines you held instead of waving at it here.
Rights over personal information may well apply to you, depending where you sit. Jurisdiction aside, each of the following is treated here as a routine request.
Any of those go to support@cryptinest.com. Identity gets confirmed before we act, since posting an account record to whoever happens to ask would be a privacy failure of its own making.
Site and billing service both run over encrypted transport. Getting into the portal uses a one time link posted to the account address instead of a password, which deletes a whole family of theft. Sessions time out.
Only engineers whose work demands it can reach a supplier console, and whatever they do inside one gets logged by the platform itself.
None of that amounts to a guarantee. A notice claiming otherwise would be worth less than the paper it is not printed on. We can tell you what we do, and the above is it.
Amend this and the issue date printed above moves along with it. Where a change materially alters our handling of your information, word reaches the address on the account rather than an edit being slipped through quietly.
